• The ART-chitecture Walk is the main celebration and kick-off event and we invite you to join us for this celebration of student work!

 

• 8 landmark locations will feature student artwork K-5. Grades 6-12 will be featured at Blackbird Cafe & Artz Co. All together, seven locations within the downtown area will house student artwork for the month-long celebration.

 

• The entire VCS student body, as well as their families and the public, will be invited to attend this kick-off event. Attendees will receive a punch card map to be marked at each respective location as it is visited. Completed cards will be turned in and winners will be drawn randomly for several spectacular art-related giveaways. This walk is not a race. Artists who attend the kick-off will receive a special art tote + journal for being featured.

 

• Student artwork will be on display at the following locations:

Kindergarten - Porter County Library: 103 Jefferson Street

1st Grade - City Hall: 166 Lincolnway

2nd Grade - Rocket Fizz: 157 Lincolnway

3rd Grade - Porter County Bldg: 155 Indiana Ave.

4th Grade - 1st Source Bank: 14 Indiana Ave.

5th Grade - Urschel Pavilion: 70 Lafayette Street

6-8th Grade - Blackbird Cafe: 114 Lincolnway

9-12th Grade - Roots Cafe:  108 Lincolnway
